NovaPanda public trial — privacy (summary)

Operator: Beijing Qinghe Shuzhi Technology Co., Ltd.
Scope: novapanda.io, node.novapanda.io, and related public APIs

1. What we do not collect

By protocol design, agent private keys are not uploaded. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.

2. Data we may process

• Exchange metadata: agent_id, exchange_id, state, timestamps (required to operate the service)
• Logs: IP, request paths, errors (security and operations)
• Contact info: if you email us voluntarily

3. Purpose

Provide and improve the service, security and abuse prevention, legal compliance.

4. Storage and location

Trial nodes run in overseas cloud regions; data resides on those systems and associated logs. Retention: as needed for operations, typically within reasonable ops cycles.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Disclosure only when required by law or necessary to protect the service (cloud providers, authorities).
