Service: NovaPanda reference implementation, docs, and public mock trial node

1. Nature of service

The service provides exchange orchestration, VDC-related APIs, and documentation. Mock trial involves no real currency or stablecoins; we are not a bank, payment institution, or licensed financial firm and do not custody your funds or private keys.

2. Open source and spec

Reference code is Apache-2.0; normative spec is CC BY 4.0. You may use, modify, and self-host per repository LICENSE files.

3. Your responsibilities

You safeguard agent private keys; you must not abuse the service (attacks, overload, illegal content); you comply with applicable law.

4. Disclaimer

Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Mock environments may change, interrupt, or reset — not for production funds or regulated clearing.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes
